Authorize from the selected Discord server and confirm the Twitch creator identity before returning to feature setup. A valid Twitch login may still be the wrong channel or lack the scope required for moderation-related actions. Atom displays connection state, but Twitch remains the authority on what the account can do.

Reauthorization may be necessary after password, role, permission, or provider policy changes. Treat repeated authorization errors as a connection problem first, not as a reason to modify XP balances or Store prices.

Enable Live Chat XP deliberately and choose a minimum and maximum award for qualifying messages. Passive viewing does not earn XP. The shared cooldown and optional daily cap prevent one member’s intended progression pace from multiplying across Twitch, YouTube, and Kick.

Explain identity linking before launch. A Twitch username and Discord member are different platform records, and Atom needs a supported association before a chat action can contribute to the right community profile.

The Twitch VIP reward uses the connected provider to grant the channel role after a valid Store redemption. Confirm that the creator account can manage VIPs, that capacity is available, and that the target member’s Twitch identity is known before publishing the item.

Set a price, stock, per-member limit, and cooldown that reflect the social value and operational limits of VIP. Decide whether the role is permanent or reviewed later; automatic grant does not define a removal policy for the community.

A Twitch connection can be healthy for chat while a VIP action fails because of scope, capacity, or target identity. Run a controlled chat award and a controlled reward redemption, then inspect both Discord progression and Store History. One successful path does not prove the other.
