A stream reward system that belongs to your community.

Atom Streaming turns eligible community activity into Atoms, then gives members a storefront where those Atoms can become real stream moments, roles, and rewards.

Built for Discord communities that stream on Twitch, YouTube, or Kick, Atom Streaming keeps earning, reward setup, viewer redemptions, and OBS delivery in one deliberately simple system.

A shared loop, not another engagement silo

Participation becomes a moment everyone can see.

Atoms are a community currency, separate from XP and scoped to one server. Members earn them through eligible Discord activity and—when an administrator has connected the relevant platform—eligible live chat activity on Twitch, YouTube, or Kick.

A member spends Atoms in the community storefront. Atom checks availability, balance, cooldowns, and any per-member limits before processing the redemption. The result can be automatic, such as a Discord role or Twitch VIP, or delivered to the stream through the OBS overlay.

For community members

A storefront that makes rewards clear before a viewer spends.

The storefront is a shareable page for a single community. It shows a member’s current Atom balance, the rewards that are currently available, their exact costs, and their previous redemptions.

If a reward is unavailable because it is out of stock, has not started yet, has reached a personal limit, or is on cooldown, Atom says so before checkout. Text-to-speech rewards collect the member’s message and apply the creator’s configured character and link rules before it reaches the stream.

For server administrators

Set the rules once, then let the community take it from there.

Streaming lives in the server dashboard. Start by connecting the platform you stream on, then choose which activities can earn Atoms. A connected Twitch channel can support Twitch VIP rewards; connected YouTube and Kick live chat can contribute eligible chat activity through Atom’s browser extension.

The current beta is invite-only. Once your server has access, the following setup is performed by an administrator from the Streaming area of the Atom dashboard.

Connect your stream platform
Open Connections and authorize the platform you use. Keep the account connected for the rewards and live-chat activity you intend to use.
Choose an Atom earning rate
Set how many Atoms members earn for each eligible XP. A rate of 0 pauses automatic Atom earning without changing your server’s existing XP system.
Create and publish rewards
Choose a reward type, name it, price it, and decide whether it is active. Add stock, schedule windows, per-member limits, and cooldowns when the reward needs guardrails.
Share the storefront
Copy the storefront URL from the shop page and share it with your community. It is the member-facing home for balances and redemptions.

Live Chat XP

Make live chat a fair part of your server progression.

Live Chat XP is configured per streaming connection. Turn it on or off without disconnecting the account, choose a minimum and maximum XP award for qualifying messages, then apply a shared cooldown and optional daily cap across Twitch, YouTube, and Kick.

Connected sources are visible before you save, so administrators can confirm which chat surfaces are participating. Passive viewing never earns XP, and Discord message XP remains separate from the live-chat rule.

Every reward type

Seven ways to turn a balance into a reason to stay engaged.

Custom reward

A creator or moderator fulfils the request manually—for example, choosing a game, a community challenge, or a stream request.

Discord role

Atom assigns the selected server role automatically when the member redeems it.

Twitch VIP

Atom grants Twitch VIP directly on the linked channel when the connection and permissions allow it.

Sound

A short sound plays through your OBS browser source.

Text to speech

A moderated message is spoken in the overlay, using the limits and link rules you configure.

Media

An image, GIF, or short video is sent to the overlay for a visual stream moment.

Alert

Atom displays its native redemption alert in the overlay.

The item builder guides administrators through three steps: select the outcome, configure the delivery details that apply to that outcome, then set availability. Nothing is published or spent while an item is being built.

Availability controls let you set unlimited or limited stock, a per-member redemption limit, a cooldown, and an optional start or end time. Connect Twitch before offering Twitch VIP; add the relevant assets before publishing sound or media rewards.

Member balance tools

Correct a balance without losing the wider picture.

The Economy dashboard separates automatic earning from balance administration. Search for a member by name or Discord ID, inspect their current balance, then credit or debit a specific amount when a manual correction is needed.

The same view shows Atoms in circulation and the number of tracked balances, so a small adjustment is not made in isolation. This is useful for event prizes, support corrections, or reconciling a reward without changing the earning rate for everyone else.

Set up the OBS overlay

The overlay is your live delivery lane.

Sound, media, alert, and text-to-speech rewards reach your broadcast through a private Atom browser-source URL. Treat that URL as a credential: anyone who has it can control overlay effects for that server.

OpenStreaming → Overlay in your server dashboard and copy the browser-source URL.
In OBS, add a Browser Source and paste the URL. Enable OBS control audio for the source when you want sound and speech to play through the broadcast.
Return to Atom and useSend test to check alerts, sounds, media, or text to speech before going live.
Use the speech queue controls to pause new TTS, stop the message currently speaking, or clear queued messages when needed.

Run the store day to day

See what was redeemed, by whom, and what still needs attention.

The Store History view is an operational record of recent redemptions. It shows the member, item, Atom cost, delivery status, and time. Manual rewards remain visible for staff follow-up; automatic rewards show their outcome alongside the same history.

This makes the reward store suitable for live events as well as everyday participation: you can set a limited item for a one-off stream, see it leave the store, and keep the fulfilment work visible to the people responsible for it.

A practical launch rule

Start with a small set of rewards, test every overlay effect in OBS, and use cooldowns or limited stock for anything that could overwhelm a live stream. Expand once the pacing feels right for your community.
