Voice activity rewards
Atom supports voice XP in the same progression system as text and reaction activity. Community teams can reward eligible time in voice channels while retaining controls over what counts as participation.
Voice XP should recognize real time together, not an unattended channel. Start with a minimum-participant requirement, state it plainly in your rules, and use verification where the community has a meaningful farming risk. Review the result after launch before making the rule more complex.
A member who helps in chat, joins an event, or spends time in voice can all be contributing in different ways. Atom keeps voice XP in the same leveling experience as text, reactions, rank cards, rewards, and leaderboards so members do not have to understand separate point economies.
Practical workflow
Configure the voice XP role ranges and a minimum-participant requirement that fits the size of your voice sessions.
Decide whether voice verification is needed before enabling it; it should address a real abuse pattern, not create friction by default.
Publish the rule, then inspect early results alongside text activity before changing rewards or leaderboard periods.
