- Atom converts supported source levels to Atom XP; Arcane settings and message counts do not transfer.
- Existing Atom leveling data is deleted before the import proceeds.
- Validate member records, roles, XP sources, and future pacing separately.
Treat configuration as a separate migration
Document your Arcane restrictions, rewards, formula, channel settings, and messages before importing. Member progress is only one layer of the experience. Rebuild the rules in Atom based on what the community should experience after the move.
Validate the migration in context
Check individual records, then run test messages, voice sessions, and role thresholds. The operational question is not only whether rows imported—it is whether the first real member experience is correct.
