Prepare the experience, not just the export
Record current XP sources, reward roles, leaderboard periods, rank-card choices, and special multipliers. An import may preserve member records without reproducing every surrounding setting. Your record becomes the migration checklist.
Verify before launch
Check established members, newer members, and reward thresholds after importing. For some providers Atom reconstructs its XP from levels; for others it can preserve additional data. Rebuild and test roles separately before telling the whole server the transition is complete.
Recommended sequence
- Back up your source data outside Atom.
- Read the provider-specific guide and confirm its required input.
- Run /import with an administrator in a controlled setting.
- Check representative member records and rebuild settings that do not transfer.
- Announce the change only after the new system is verified.
