- Required input: a CSV attachment with a header and id,xp rows.
- Transferred member data: member IDs and positive XP, with Atom deriving the level.
- The attachment must be CSV; malformed, empty, or oversized data is rejected.
Before importing
Export or record the source state and record Atom’s current leveling data before proceeding. /import requires Manage Guild permission, explicit confirmation, and deletes existing Atom leveling records before it writes the imported set.
Verify what members will experience next
Polaris settings, roles, and visual configuration do not transfer. Check a long-standing member and a newer member, then test the XP sources, reward roles, and level-up message that will apply after the import. Do not describe the migration as complete until the live configuration is also rebuilt and checked.
