- Text XP can be blocked by exclusions, a zero range, a cooldown, or a role-specific range.
- Voice XP depends on full intervals and voice eligibility conditions.
- Reaction XP is disabled by default when its XP range is zero.
For text XP
Confirm the member and channel are not excluded, the effective text-XP range is above zero, and the member is not inside the configured cooldown. Then send a new non-command message in a known eligible channel and allow the activity queue to process it.
For voice XP
Confirm the voice range, interval, channel, participant requirement, and mute/deafen conditions. Stay in an eligible voice session for at least one full interval. Then check whether a captcha punishment or exclusion has stopped the member from earning.
For reaction XP
Confirm reaction XP is enabled with the action and recipient/reactor target you intended. Check the member and channel are eligible and test one reaction at a time. If a setting is unclear, leave reaction XP disabled until the expected result is explicit.
