Why this pace works as a starting point
A 60-second text cooldown prevents rapid messages from receiving every possible award while leaving ordinary conversation natural. Early roles give newcomers a visible path; later roles are spaced farther apart so the server has long-term milestones.
Use events as temporary emphasis
Run a scheduled multiplier for a clearly named community night, then turn it off and review the outcome. This keeps the base system understandable and lets special events feel special without inflating every week of progression.
