Check the member and channel first
Confirm the member is not excluded or under a voice punishment, and that the voice channel is not excluded. Then verify the participant count and any server mute, self-mute, server deafen, self-deafen, or verification conditions your server has enabled.
Wait for a complete interval
Atom awards voice XP in complete configured intervals. Test with the exact number of members your rule needs, remain in the channel through a full interval, then inspect the member’s result. Do not infer the timing unit from dashboard wording; test the configured behavior directly.
Isolate multipliers last
Once a normal eligible session works, test direct-channel and scheduled multipliers separately. Voice uses a direct-channel multiplier rather than a category fallback.
